Scituate Amendment

Mr. O'Connor moves to amend the bill in subsection (e) of section 1, by striking out paragraph (2) and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:-

“(2) If a licensee terminates or fails to renew a license granted under clause (iii) of subsection (a) or any such license is cancelled, revoked or no longer in use, it shall be returned physically, with all of the legal rights, privileges and restrictions pertaining thereto, to the licensing authority, which may then grant the license to a new applicant in the same district for which the license was originally granted under the same conditions as specified in this section.”
