Amendment #10 to H4672

Reporting on District Literacy Educator Staffing Levels

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

Section XX. Annually, beginning in the 2025-2026 school year, each school district shall report to the department, on or before October 31, the number of reading specialists, reading interventionists, literacy coordinators, school librarians, library aides, education support professionals and other staff employed by the district that directly support student reading and literacy development.
