Using a picture to supplement

Mr. Connolly of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION  XXXX. Notwithstanding any other provision of this act, the definition of picture cuing shall not prohibit the flexibility to use a picture to supplement that provides extra visual information to support comprehension”.
