Ballot

Ms. Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield moves to amend the bill adding the following section:

“SECTION 3. Sections 1 and 2 shall be placed on the ballot for acceptance by the voters of the city of Pittsfield at the next city election. The city clerk shall prepare and include a summary of the question to be printed on the ballot.”
