Floor Amendment

Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill by striking all after the enacting clause and inserting in place thereof the following:

“SECTION 1. Chapter 56 of the acts of 2008 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. The annual town meeting for the town of Orange shall be held on the second Monday in May.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.”.
