Amendment #13 to H4750

Renovating and modernizing the Whittemore Library at Framingham State University

Representatives Scanlon of North Attleborough and Sousa of Framingham move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7066-8001, in line 26, by inserting after “consultants;” the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $40,000,000 shall be expended to Framingham State University for costs associated with renovating, maintaining and modernizing the Henry Whittemore Library;”
