An act to build resilient infrastructure to generate higher ed transformation

Mr. Williams of Springfield moves to amend the bill by adding the following:  "Provide further, that not less than $100,000,000 shall be expended for Springfield Technical Community College deferred maintenance and infrastructure inadequacies"
