Amendment #15 to H4750

University of Massachusetts Lowell

Representatives Howard of Lowell, Elliott of Lowell and Hong of Lowell move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7066-8003 by inserting the following: “provided further that, $5,000,000 shall be expended for the University of Massachusetts Lowell energy efficiency retrofits and electrification and replacements of fossil fuel dependent and critical enabling building infrastructure at the Wannalancit Mills and 201 Cabot Street buildings, in the City of Lowell.”
