Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in the item 7066-8001, by inserting the following: “not less than $140,000,000 for Westfield State University for the preparation (including demolition of Bates Hall Bldg), design, and construction of state of the art WSU Human Health Hub to address healthcare worker shortages in the region, increase access to healthcare, behavioral health in underserved communities experiencing health disparities, provide student education training to make them workforce ready in nursing, psychiatric nursing, physician assistants, behavioral health, substance abuse, opioid and addiction services, and psychology”
