Amendment #24 to H4750

Cowan Center at Middlesex Community College Lowell Campus

Ms. Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7066-8001, to include the following "; provided further that not less than $21,560,000 shall be expended for the Cowan Center at Middlesex Community College in the City of Lowell for the purposes of Americans with Disabilities Act upgrades and modernization and general infrastructural improvements for the safety and well-being of students and faculty ;"

And further moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 7066-8003, to include the following "; provided further than not less than $11,200,000 shall be expended for costs associated with implementing geothermal energy for the purposes of energy optimization and decarbonization."
