Amendment #31 to H4750

UMass Lowell LINC Project

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7100-1001, in line 92, by inserting after "projects" the following: “provided, that not less than $25,000,000 shall be expended for the Lowell Innovation Network Corridor (LINC) Project at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,250,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,275,000,000".
