UMass Amherst Henry M. Thomas III Center at Springfield

Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7066-8001, by inserting after the words “secretary of administration and finance” the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to UMass Amherst Henry M. Thomas III Center at Springfield for the expansion of classroom space”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$1,250,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$1,250,100,000”.
