Representatives Vargas of Haverhill, Hamilton of Methuen, Ramos of North Andover, Reyes of Lawrence and Nguyen of Andover move to amend the bill in section 2, in the item 7066-8004, by adding the following: “Provided that not less than $10,000,000 be expended for Northern Essex Community College facilities for high school career and technical education.”
