Northern Essex Capital Expansion for Career & Technical Education

Representatives Paulino of Methuen and Vargas of Haverhill move to amend the bill in section 2B, in item 7066-8004, by inserting the following: - “provided further, that not less than $10,000,000 shall be expended for Northern Essex Community College facilities for high school career and technical education.”; and further move to amend the bill in section 2B by inserting after item 7066-8004 the following item: - 7066-XXXX   For Northern Essex Community College; provided, that not less than $50,000,000 shall be expended for facilities supporting high school career and technical education, including construction, renovation, modernization, equipment acquisition, and instructional technology to expand regional vocational pathways.....................................$50,000,000
