Amendment #7 to H4750

Renovation and Re-naming of the Center for African, Caribbean & Community Development at UMass Boston as the Senator Bill Owens Center

Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7066-8001, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $350,000 shall be expended for the University of Massachusetts Boston to support the renaming of the Center for African, Caribbean & Community Development as the Senator Bill Owens Center, including installation of markers and commemorative programming.”
