Definition of Employee Technical Edits

Ms. Fiola of Fall River moves to amend the amendment in section 1, in line numbers 8 and 9, by striking out the words "by or under contract for employment with an independent entity or a third-party vendor at a health care facility, by a health care employer," and inserting in place thereof the words "by a health care employer, or employed by or under contract for employment with an independent entity or a third-party vendor at a health care facility,"

And further amend the bill, in section 4, in line numbers 201 and 202, by striking out the words "the term “employee” and the term “health care facility” shall be as defined in section 250 of chapter 111." and inserting in place thereof the words "the term "employee" shall be as defined in section 52F of chapter 149 and the term "health care facility" shall be as defined in section 250 of chapter 111."
