Floor Amendment

Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill by striking out section 13 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

 “SECTION 13. Paragraph 5.3.7 of said section 5.3 of said article 5 of said charter is hereby amended by striking out the word “assistant” each time it appears.”.
