Amendment #3 to H4994

Technical Amendment

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the amendment in section 1, in line 3, by striking out the following: “the third paragraph of section 26” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “paragraph (H) of subsection (2) of section 44A””; 

and in section 4, in lines 54 and 55, by striking out the following: “Said section 26 of Chapter 149, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “Section 44A of Chapter 149, as so appearing, is hereby amended in subsection (2) by adding the following paragraph: (H)”;

and in section 5, in line 65, by striking out the figures “26” and inserting place thereof the following:- “44A”;

and in section 6, in line 68, by striking out the figures “26” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “44A”;

and in section 10, in line 87, by striking out the following: “pursuant to the third paragraph of section 26” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “pursuant to paragraph (H) of subsection (2) of section 44A”.
