Battery Energy Storage Minimum Set Backs and Conditions

Mr. Robertson of Tewksbury moves to amend the bill by inserting after the following section XX;

Section XX: A Battery Energy Storage System consisting of 100MWh or greater capacity shall be located at least 1000 feet from a "class one residence" as defined by MGL Chp 59 Sec 2a
