Amendment #108 to H5151

Clean Energy Career Education

Mr. Scanlon of North Attleborough moves to amend the bill in section 13, in line 332, by striking out the words “and section 24” and inserting in place thereof the words “, section 24 and the Clean Energy Innovation Career Pathway,”;

and further amend the bill in section 54, in lines 1772 and 1773, by striking out the words “or (iv) other eligible uses as identified by the department through a public process” and inserting in place thereof the words “(iv) support for the Clean Energy Innovation Career Pathway; or (v) other eligible uses as identified by the department through a public process”.
