Decoupling MA Emissions Policies from California Law

Mr. Frost of Auburn moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section XX. Section 142K of Chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking subsections (a) and (b) in their entirety.
