Notice to Communities of Applications for High Voltage Lines on State Highways

Ms. Kerans of Danvers moves to amend the bill in section 15, in line 15, by inserting after "subsection (c)" the following:

A copy of said application shall be shared with each community along the transmission line no later than 30 days after filing.
