Ensuring equity in consumer protections

Ms. Ciccolo of Lexington moves to amend the bill in section 14, by striking out the following: "This section shall not apply to, or otherwise affect, any government body that aggregates the load of residential retail customers as part of a municipal aggregation plan pursuant to section 134 of chapter 164, and shall not apply to, or otherwise affect, any entity organizing or administering a program pursuant to section 137 of chapter 164."
