Mr. McKenna of Sutton moves to amend the bill in section 13 in line 193 by striking the words "provided, however, that the resource solicitation plan shall include procurements for offshore wind energy generation that in total shall equal not less than 10 gigawatts of aggregate nameplate capacity not later than December 31, 2040; provided further, that the resource solicitation plan shall include procurements for solar energy generation that in total shall equal to approximately 10 gigawatts of aggregate nameplate capacity not later than December 31, 2040;"
