Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in Section 54, in the section inserting Section 159 of chapter 164 of the General Laws, in subsection (b), in clause (iv), by striking said clause and inserting in place thereof the following clause:–

“(iv) not require an interconnection application or interconnection agreement for bidirectional electric vehicles and associated electric vehicle supply equipment that are not configured to operate in parallel with the grid; and”
