Amendment #41 to H5151

Reining in unnecessary gas delivery charges

Representatives Armini of Marblehead, Ramos of North Andover and Owens of Watertown move to amend the bill by inserting after section 53 the following section:

SECTION 53A. Section 145 of said chapter 164, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the word “all” the first, second, third, fifth, sixth, and seventh time it appears.
