Decreases yearly Renewable energy Portfolio Standard increase from 3% to 1% indefinitely

Mr. McKenna of Sutton moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

Section XX, "Section 11F of said chapter 25A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 18, the words “(5) an additional 3 per cent of sales each year thereafter until December 31, 2029; and (6)”
