Clean energy technical assistance to local communities

Ms. Kassner of Hamilton moves to amend the bill in SECTION 4, in line 29, by inserting after the words “local governments and” the words “in collaboration with regional planning agencies”; and by inserting after the last sentence in SECTION 12 the following: “Section 21 of said chapter 25A, is hereby further amended by inserting after Section (o), a new section (p) The department shall collaborate with the regional planning agencies to assist in providing technical assistance to local governments for compliance with all standards, requirements, procedures."
