Discount Rate Language Access

Mr. Ultrino of Malden moves to amend the bill in section 54, by inserting in line 1596, after the word “penalty” and in line 1605, after the word “chapter” the following:

“Said information shall also be available in the six most frequently spoken languages in the distribution area and any other languages deemed necessary by the department.”
