Clarifying construction

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 16, in line 516, by inserting after the words "section 27D" the following:-

", and including the excavation, construction, reconstruction, installation, demolition, maintenance, alteration or repair of a thermal energy network, and any construction required to satisfy thermal network operator or owner’s obligations to the owner of property under which the thermal network is built"
