Mr. Robertson of Tewksbury moves to amend the bill in Section 39 by inserting the following language in proposed

Mr Robertson of Tewksbury moves to amend Section 92D(a) of G.L. c. 164, in the first sentence by striking the word “the commencement of”

and inserting in place the words:-

“incurring costs to conduct engineering, procurement and”

House 5151 is hereby amended in Section 39 by inserting the following language in proposed

Section 92D(a) of G.L. c. 164, in the second sentence by striking the words “anticipating

spending and costs” and inserting in place the words:-

“actual spending and costs to be”

House 5151 is hereby amended in Section 39 by inserting the following language in proposed

Section 92D(a) of G.L. c. 164, in the second sentence by striking the words “or following the

completion of construction” and inserting in place the following words after the phrase “incurred

by the electric distribution company”:-

“to perform engineering, procure equipment and construct system modifications to interconnect a

distributed generation facility of the interconnecting customer within 60 business days, or”

House 5151 is hereby amended in Section 39 by inserting the following language in proposed

Section 92D of G.L. c. 164, by striking proposed subsection (b) in its entirety.
