Amendment #75 to H5151

MassSave Protections for EJ Communities, Renters, Low- and Moderate-Income Customers

Mr. Ultrino of Malden moves to amend the bill in section 69, by inserting in line 2173, after the word "budgets", the following:

", excluding the approved marketing and advertising budgets allocated to: (a) community first partnerships; (b) language access; (c) the statewide contract center; and (d) the maintenance of websites to support the Mass Save program and Mass Save data. The mid-term modification shall maintain funding for low-income incentives committed to customers as of December 31, 2025 and limit reductions to programs serving moderate-income customers, renters, and designated equity communities."
