Amendment #81 to H5151

Mass Save Administrative Costs Cap

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Muradian of Grafton, Vieira of Falmouth and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by inserting the following new section:-

SECTION XX. Subsection (a) of section 19 of chapter 25 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 28, by inserting after the word “practicable;” the following: -

“provided, however, that administrative costs shall not exceed 5 per cent of the amount of funds allocated to energy savings programs;”
