Amendment #82 to H5151

Inspector General Mass Save Review

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Muradian of Grafton, Vieira of Falmouth and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill in section 67 by striking lines 2146 and 2147 in their entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

“(viii) total costs of rebates, contractor payments, installation, and any other relevant program implementation costs; and (ix) any other matters the inspector general deems relevant to supporting the operations and efficiency of the Mass Save program.”
