Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill in section 1, in line 11, by inserting after the phrase "...analysis of the" the following phrase:- "costs and"; and further in said section, in line 15, by inserting after the phrase "...indirect electric system" the following phrase:- "costs and"
