Meter Replacement Modernization

Mr. Lawn of Watertown moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end the following two sections:

SECTION X: Section 113 of chapter 164 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the figure "five" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 100.

SECTION X: Section 115A of said chapter 164, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the figure "seven" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- twelve.
