Surplus Interconnection Service

Mr. McMurtry of Dedham moves to amend the bill in section 32, in line 1155, by inserting after the word "same" the following:

";provided however that the board shall amend the definition of "surplus interconnection service" so that it, and any terms therein, conform to subsequently adopted modifications to the referenced Schedule of the ISO-New England Tariff”.
