Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill in item 1596-2703 by striking the figure "$500,000" in each instance it appears, and inserting in place thereof the figure: "$1,000,000"; and in said item, by striking the figure "$1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure: "$2,000,000".
