Port Society of New Bedford's Seaman's Bethel Exterior Upkeep

Mr. Hendricks of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section x, in line item xxxx-xxxx, in line xx, by inserting after "x" the following: "; and provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Port Society of New Bedford for costs related to the exterior upkeep of the Seaman's Bethel"
