Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2F, in item 1596-2517, in the final line, by inserting after “projects” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for Friends of the Children Boston for the expansion of the professional K-12 youth mentorship program”
