Mr. Moakley of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in item 1596-2517, in line 90, by inserting after “projects” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $60,000 shall be expended to the Martha’s Vineyard Boys and Girls Club for the purchase of a new vehicle”.
