Amendment #196 to H5264

Mrs. Fluker-Reid of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2F, in item 1596-2517, by inserting after the word “projects” the following:

“; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for The Record Co., a nonprofit organization, to support affordable creative workspace, youth development programming, workforce training and educational programming, including music business, production and audio engineering instruction, to expand pathways for economically marginalized youth, artists and creative entrepreneurs in the creative economy” $150,000

and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$250,000”
