Early College and Dual enrollment funding

Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2F, in item 1596-2517, by inserting after the words “projects”, the following: "provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the Boston Public Schools. to support a City of Boston early college and dual enrollment fund, to create a program for high school students to take real, credit-bearing college courses at no cost to them or their families, while still enrolled in Boston Public School"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$600,000”
