Commissioning of the USS Massachusetts

Mr. McGonagle of Everett moves to amend the bill in Section 2 by adding the following section: SECTION XXXX "provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the USS Massachusetts Commissioning Committee for the commissioning of the USS Massachusetts."
