Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2F, in line item 1596-9805, in the final line, by inserting after “program” the following: “; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be allocated to the University of Massachusetts Stone Living Lab to research salt marsh restoration techniques in East Boston”
