Mr. Hong of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2F by inserting after item 1596-2517 the following item:

xxxx-xxxx   That not less than $10,000 shall be expended for the repair and replacement of the garden fence at Stoklosa Middle School in the city of Lowell to ensure safe and continued access to the school garden for students; provided further, that such funds shall support hands-on educational programming related to food systems, nutrition and food justice..................................................................................................................................$10,000
