Amendment #251 to H5264

Kingston Route 3/3A Improvement Project

Mrs. LaNatra of Kingston moves to amend the bill in section 2F, in item 1596-2507, in line 288, by inserting after "projects" the following: "provided, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the Town of Kingston for the final design and planning of the traffic project at Route 3 and Route 3A”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$250,000".
