Amendment #261 to H5264

Haverhill Downtown Redevelopment

Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 22 the following section:-

“SECTION 22A. Item 1599-6088 of section 2A of chapter 268 of the acts of 2022 is hereby amended by striking out the words “for the airfield redevelopment” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- for redevelopment and infrastructure improvements along Merrimack street.”
