YMCA of Haverhill

Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 2F, in item 1596-2517, in line 90, by inserting after the word "projects" the following: “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to the Haverhill YMCA  for the construction and enhancement of a new early education facility”.
