Special Education Reconstruction

Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2F after item 1596-2604, by inserting the following:-

“XXXX-XXXX For a reserve to support reimbursement to school districts for special education reconstruction costs in FY27;  provided, that reimbursements shall be made in the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2028 for costs incurred because of program reconstruction implemented in the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2027…… $9,000,000”
